Is there a limit to your ambitions, or are you prepared to lead any club?
“That’s a difficult question. You have to weigh personal and family factors. My daughters are still young: one finished her master’s degree and the other entered the Lyceum of the Higher School of Economics; that’s 15 years old. They still need my attention. I think about that too.”
The other side of the coin is ambition. I don’t want to work as a “rescuer,” as many say. I want to save lives and then continue working. So, in the end, it all depends on each person.
