
A large fire, with thick smoke, broke out Thursday morning in a house on Intrarea Mieilor Street, in Sector 2 of the capital. Six people were evacuated after the blaze, and one man suffered burns, according to ISUBIF.
The fire is characterized by open flames and large emissions of smoke in a house with a ground floor, first floor, and attic, with the possibility of spreading to a neighboring building, ISUBIF reports.
“Six people were evacuated. The SMURD team is providing first aid to a man with burns to his face,” ISUBIF reported.
Nine fire engines with water and foam, one high-angle rescue vehicle, one rescue vehicle, and two SMURD teams were dispatched. Firefighters are currently working to locate the fire.
